„Metų automobilis 2012“ nuostatai

Siūlome susipažinti su konkurso „Metų automobilis 2012“ nuostatais. Registracija į konkursą vyksta spalio 1-20 d.

Konkurso METŲ AUTOMOBILIS 2012 nuostatai

  1. Konkursui gali būti pateikti automobiliai, kurie Lietuvoje buvo pristatyti ne seniau kaip 2010 metais.

  2. Konkursui gali būti pristatyti ne tik iš principo nauji modeliai, bet ir jų modifikacijos.

  3. Konkurse dalyvaujantys automobiliai turi būti užregistruoti Lietuvos žurnalistų autoklube iki 2011.10.20. Pavėlavus, automobiliai į konkursą nepriimami, o sumokėti starto mokesčiai negrąžinami.

  4. Konkurse dalyvaujančių automobilių registracija susideda iš šių procedūrų:

  1. techninės informacijos, vaizdinės medžiagos (video, foto) apie automobilį pateikimo,

  2. startinio mokesčio mokėjimo,

  3. automobilio pateikimo lapkričio 14 dieną vyksiančioje I-oje spaudos konferencijoje bei kituose Metų automobilio 2012 renginiuose.

  1. Konkurse dalyvaujantys automobiliai turi būti apdrausti civilinės atsakomybės ir Kasko draudimu.

  2. Konkurse dalyvaujantys automobiliai turi būti su žieminėmis „Continental“ ar šiam koncernui priklausančių markių padangomis.

  3. Konkurse dalyvaujančius automobilius išbando METŲ AUTOMOBILIO 2012 komisijos nariai.

  4. Bandymai vyksta lapkričio 23-27 dienomis rengiamoje konkurso stovykloje, o taip pat, individualia tvarka, komisijos nariui susitarus su gamintojų atstovu.

  5. Kiekvienas komisijos narys vertina automobilius pagal šiuos kriterijus:

  1. subjektyvius važiavimo pojūčius skirtingomis kelio ir judėjimo sąlygomis,

  2. apžiūros būdu,

  3. pagal pateiktą techninę informaciją,

  4. įvertindamas vietinę rinką, kainos ir kokybės santykį Lietuvoje, papildomos įrangos kainas, eksploatavimo kaštus, bei markės serviso tinklą Lietuvoje, kitus duomenis,

  5. pildydamas konkurso nario vertinimo lentelę susumavęs visus duomenis (lentelė pridedama).

  1. Konkurso komisija, o sykiu - kiekvienas komisijos narys įsipareigoja reikiamai prižiūrėti patikėtus automobilius:

  1. vairuoti automobilius tam skirtuose keliuose,

  2. įvertinti kelio dangą bei sąlygas,

  3. tinkamai parkuoti,

  4. nerūkyti automobiliuose,

  5. nepatikėti automobilių jokiems pašaliniams asmenims,

  6. atsitikus eismo įvykiui, skubiai pranešti gamintojo atstovui, konkurso komisijai ir automobilį apdraudusiai bendrovei.

11. Konkurse dalyvaujantys automobiliai gali pretenduoti į visas Lietuvos žurnalistų autoklubo įsteigtas nominacijas.

12. Šių metų konkurse įsteigtos nominacijos:

Metų automobilis 2012: (renka LŽA, teikia LŽA)

Tautos automobilis: (renka gyventojai, teikia LAA)

Metų visureigis: (renka ir teikia LŽA)

Metų vairas: (renka ir teikia LŽA)

Moterų aistros automobilis: (renka ir teikia žurnalas „Laima“)

Verslo klasės automobilis: (renka ir teikia „Lietuvos rytas“)

Saugiausias: (renka ir teikia Stasys Brundza)

Metų variklis (renka ir teikia DnbNORD bankas)

Už dizainą (renka ir teikia „Top Gear“)

13. Lietuvos žurnalistų autoklubo nominacijas renka „Metų automobilio“ komisija. Lietuvos autoverslininkų asociacijos nominaciją išrenka šalies gyventojai balsuodami interneto tinklapyje bei TV tiesioginiame eteryje. Kitas nominacijas išrenka minėtos žiniasklaidos priemonės.

  1. Visos nominacijos įteikiamos tiesioginiame TV eteryje gruodžio viduryje. Nominacijas teikia steigėjų parinkti asmenys.

  2. Konkurso Metų automobilis 2012 renginiai:

  1. Lapkričio 14 dieną I-oji spaudos konferencija. Visų konkurse dalyvaujančių automobilių pristatymas visuomenei ir žiniasklaidai. Po šio renginio automobiliai turi būti pristatomi foto – video sesijai.

  2. Lapkričio 23-27 dienomis MA 2012 bandymų stovykla Druskininkuose. Automobilių pristatymas žiniasklaidai bei VIP. TV video – foto sesija.

  3. Gruodžio 5 dieną II-oji spaudos konferencija, kurioje paskelbiamas geriausių automobilių SEPTYNETUKAS

  4. Gruodžio 11 dieną finalinis vakaras TV studijoje, kur tiesioginiame eteryje išrenkamas LIETUVOS METŲ AUTOMOBILIS 2012, gyventojai baigia balsavimą dėl TAUTOS AUTOMOBILIO ir įteikiamos visos kitos nominacijos.

  1. Mokestis už pristatomą automobilį: 1500 litų + PVM. Jeigu ta pati bendrovė pristato 2 automobilius, dalyvio mokestis yra 2700 Lt+PVM, jeigu pristatomi 3 automobiliai, dalyvio mokestis yra 3800 Lt+PVM, jeigu keturi automobiliai 4800 Lt+PVM, jeigu 5 automobiliai 5750 Lt+PVM.

Car of the Year 2012 : Regulations of the contest

 

1. Only cars introduced into the lithuanian market no later than 2010 can be considered as participants of the contest.

2. Not only completely new models, but also their modifications can be presented at the contest.

3. Cars - participants of the contest shall be registered at the Association „Autoclub of Lithuanian Journalists“ no later than October 20, 2011. Applications are not to be accepted and participation fees are not to be refunded after the deadline.

4. The registration procedure consists of the following steps:

a) presenting of the technical information, visual materials (video, photos) about the car,

b) payment of the participation fee,

c) presenting of the car at the 1st press conference on November 14, 2011 and other events of the contest „Car of the Year Lithuania 2012“.

5. Participating cars must have third party liability and Casco insurance.

6. Participating cars must be equipped with "Continental" or the group-owned brands of winter tires.

7. Participating cars are tested by the members of the 2012 election commitee.

8. Testing takes place on November 23-27th , 2011 in the camp of the contest , as well as in the other places, based on the mutual agreement between member of the election commitee and representative of the manufacturer.

9. Each member of the election commitee use the following criteria while judging cars:

a) the subjective feeling of driving under different road and traffic conditions ;

b) the inspection method ;

c) in accordance with the technical information provided;

d) evaluation of the local market of Lithuania, the price-quality ratio, costs of additional equipment, operating costs, dealer service network in Lithuania and other data ;

e) filling of the participants‘ data table and reviewing the data ( table attached )

10. The election commitee as a whole entity and each member of the committee takes the obligation to take care of the entrusted cars properly:

a) drive a car on proper roads,

b) to take into account the road surface and conditions ;

c) to park properly;

d) Not to smoke inside the car;

e) Not to tranfer the car to any unauthorized person,

f) in the case of accident, promptly notify the manufacturer's representative, the election committee and the insurance company car is insured.

11. Every participant of the contest can be an applicant for all the nominations issued by the Autoclub of lithuanian Journalists.

 

12. Nominations of the contest of the year 2012 are:

Car of the Year 2012: (elects Autoclub, offered by Autoclub) ;

Car of the Nation (elect people, offered by Association of Autoenterpreneurs of Lithuania);

Off -Road of the Year: (elects Autoclub, offered by Autoclub);

Wheel of the Year (elects Autoclub, offered by Autoclub);

Women's Passion (elects "Laima"magazine, offered by "Laima" magazine);

Best Business car (elects daily „Lietuvos Rytas“, offered by „Lietuvos Rytas“) ;

For the Safety (elects Mr. Stasys Brundza, offered by Mr. Stasys Brundza);

Best Engine (elects DnBNord Bank, offered by DnBNord bank);

Best Design (elects "Top Gear" magazine, offered by „Top Gear“ magazine) ;

 

13. Nominations offered by the Autoclub of lithuanian journalists are elected by the election committee of "Car of the Year". Nomination offered by the Association of lithuanian Autoentrepreneurs is elected by the country's residents over the internet and during direct broadcast on TV. Other nominations are elected by media means mentioned before.

14. All the nominations shall be delivered during direct TV broadcasting in mid-December. Nominations are delivered by the representatives of the founders of the nominations.

 

15. Highlights of the contest „Car of the Year 2012“ are:

a) November 14 - 1st press conference takes place .Cars - participants of the contest are presented to the public and the media. After this event, cars must be delivered to the photo - video session.

b) November 23 -27, Test Camp of the contest in Druskininkai. Cars are presented to the media and VIP‘s. TV video - photo session.

c) December 5, 2nd press conference and publication of the TOP 7.

d) December 11 .The final evening in the TV studio. Car of the Year of Lithuania 2012 is elected, votes for the „Car of he Nation“ are closed and all the other nominations are delivered.

 

16. Participation fee – 1500.00 Lt + VAT per car

Discount is offered if more than 1 car presented by the same company:

Participation fee for 2 cars – 2700.00 Lt + VAT;

Participation fee for 3 cars – 3800.00 Lt + VAT;

Participation fee for 4 cars – 4800.00 Lt + VAT;

Participation fee for 5 cars – 5750.00 Lt + VAT.
